I ordered my item X days ago, when will it arrive?
Before contacting us to ask about the delivery of an order, please allow up to 10 days for the item to arrive. If the item is on preorder, the estimated ship date will be listed in the product view of our online store. Please allow up to 10 days after the estimated ship date for your preorder item to arrive.


What does preorder mean and how long should I expect to wait for my preorder item?
Because we are a relatively new clothing company, we will have a few items on preorder in our online store. Preorder means that the item is NOT IN STOCK and will not be shipped until enough people have ordered the item, but in return for your willingness to wait, we will sell you the item at a discounted price. The estimated ship date for a preorder item can always be found in the product view for the item in our online store, but if you'd like a more accurate update on the item's ship date, feel free to email us at support@loveandzeal.com!



It's been over the stated time, and my items still haven't arrived?
Please contact us at support@loveandzeal.com and we'll be sure to get things straightened out right away!



When are you getting X items back in stock?
We are constantly restocking, then selling out, so only time can tell! But feel free to contact us to ask!



I need to exchange an item?
You are welcome to send back to us any items - as long as the item is UNWASHED, UNWORN, and in a RESALABLE condition, and sent back within a WEEK of the initial arrival, we will be happy to exchange for another size (only if we have your new size in stock). However, you will have to pay for shipping it back to us. Contact us for the shipping information and other details!



How can I preserve the life of the print on my L&Z garment?
We recommend that you turn the garment inside out and wash on a cool, delicate/gentle setting and if possible, avoid tumbling dry! However, please understand that no screen print lasts forever and fading is inevitable! Foil screen prints (as seen on our Lovethink/Zealspeak v-neck) are much more delicate than our regular screen prints, so please take extra care to wash delicately!



Can I pay using paypal, VISA, American Express etc...?
At the moment we accept all forms of payment Paypal accepts! I.e. American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and more! And you don't need to have a PayPal account to buy from our online store! Just select the option below the PayPal Login to use your debit or credit card!



How can I model for Love and Zeal?
The best thing is to take your own photos in your L&Z gear and send them to us for consideration. We'll get back to you as soon as possible because we're constantly looking for new models, so we'll pick them out when needed!




How often do you have contests/giveaways and where are they held?
Most of our contests and major giveaways are held on our Facebook fan page (http://facebook.com/loveandzealclothing) so you'll have to like us for access. We usually have contests each time we hit another thousand likes, so keep sharing! :]



How long do I have before I can claim my contest prize before it will be given to the runner up?
You have a week to respond back to us to claim your prize, so please don't enter a contest if you won't be able to be contacted within a week after the contest ends!
